Welcome all!
Trust you will enjoy the 5 day training, working with other DECS educators from around the state.
I'm sure Steve will ably lead you through this course to consolidate and further build onto your knowledge and expertise regarding the effective use of technology in classrooms to promote 21st century learning.
Have fun, enjoy collaborating
..... listening, sharing, questioning, discussing, pondering, perusing and reflecting
Looking forward to meeting you all.

Amazing group of educators - all keen and took to the program like 'ducks to water'
All scored points - early and raring to go!
Dean Clark introduced himself and welcomed everyone
Terriffic whip around for MTs to get to know one another
Steve has given a great overview and introduced the program in a structured easy to follow manner. Very open with his previous experiences with the TwT course.
THURSDAY, 19 FEB 2009
Didn't turn anyone off! Again all here promptly, keen as mustard to continue.
Steve continues to work through the course logically and with a great balance between listening and own work.
All MTs seem at ease to collaborate with others within the group.
FRIDAY, 20 FEB 2009
Group appearred to have fruitful day and all MTs progressed along well....still with smiles on their faces and positive conversation.
Steve guided and encouraged these MTs along with great insight and skill, showing thorough preparation and good time management.
I worked with Tom Brown (ST) and the TwT Round 3 MTs for the day.
The follow up day was well received and used purposefully. Most willingly shared their plans and we have compiled a CD to distribute to all in the group.
Most of these MTs would welcome continued catch up times - see what we can do (after hours / centra??)
Both R3 and 4 have now regisstered on the TMD site - Becky and Steph will be most impressed and relieved!

Restful weekend ... well, end of 36ers season late last week and Crows copped a hiding but did manage some walking in readiness for my adventure to China in July.
Definitely a hard working, enthusiastic group. On track - and ahead of time in actual fact, with active listening, thoughtful questioning and honest responses.
I am thoroughly enjoying being a bystander - great evidence for the worth of this professional learning project.
